Kenneth became a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 2000, shortly after graduating from Temple University School of Law. While studying at Temple, Kenneth obtained honors in Trial Advocacy, Moot Court, and legal writing. Throughout his practice, he has utilized this training to develop a stellar success record in the courtroom as an advocate for his clients. Kenneth obtained his undergraduate degree in Engineering from Villanova University near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His ability to understand technical matters has allowed him to resolve complex disputes in a wide range of areas.
Kenneth began his career working for some of the most prestigious law firms in the south, and has extensive litigation and mediation experience, having negotiated complex six-figure settlements. Kenneth has handled cases in both State and Federal Courts, and has represented clients before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Kenneth has also represented companies throughout the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico.
